It is with extreme pleasure that the Velde Ford Organization announces the recent promotion of one of our very best. This individual epitomizes “Customer Service & Care at Velde Ford”. His 11Years with our organization affords him the luxury of knowing our patrons, experiencing the Ford One Team Concept, and having a tremendous wealth of Ford Product Knowledge and Velde Ford System Skills.
Mr. Kevin Chaney, has now assumed the entire responsibility of the Velde Ford Service Department, upon Gary Flynn’s recent retirement and acquisition of Paradise Donuts in Pekin. Everyone here is excited for both their new ventures.
Kevin and Gary have been working feverously over this last month to ensure that the transition was smooth and without disruption to our customers or service.
For those of you who know Kevin, you can imagine how excited we are to have him overseeing the Velde Ford Service & Customer Care Departments. For those of you who know Gary, you know that we will all miss him after twenty years of faithful service.
Seasons and times often change in every profession. Yet, seldom have we seen such a smooth and well accepted transition in any organization.
We are so excited about all of the outstanding changes occuring at Velde Ford & Ford Motor Company.
